Next Day Delivery Orders must be placed by 11.30am for dispatch the same day. Orders placed after 11.30am Friday will be dispatched on Monday or the next working day.

For Ireland and the Channel Islands it will cost £14.95 and please allow up to 14 days for your purchases to arrive.
Unfortunately we cannot give you an indication of any duty or taxes imposed on any individual country as these will be unique and may be in addition to the delivery cost, but you will be expected to pay these if any apply.
Europe - £14.95
Delivery to Europe costs £14.95 and we will need a signature on receipt of delivery. Delivery to Europe can take up to 14 days. Please note Malta has a shipping cost of £25.

As all deliveries require a signature upon receipt we don't recommend using a PO Box or BFPO address as your shipping address.
Rest of the World - £30
To ship to the rest of the world will cost £30. Goods will require a signature on receipt of delivery and you should allow 14 working days for delivery. If an item cannot be delivered within this time we will inform you of a proposed delivery date.

We do our absolute best to ship all orders within 24 hours, as long as we have them in stock. Please bear in mind that orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will not be shipped until the Monday, because our dispatch service does not operate on weekends and bank holidays. We hope you understand that everyone needs a day off now and then.
You (or someone else) will need to sign when your package is delivered. If everyone is out when the delivery arrives, a card will be put through your letterbox to enable you to arrange a re-delivery or collection at a time that suits you best. For obvious reasons we don’t want to leave the object of your desire sat on your doorstep!

FAQs
What if the delivery address is wrong or the package is otherwise undeliverable?
If you are the buyer it is your responsibility to give the correct delivery address when you order. It’s why we recommend double-checking your address carefully when placing a new order.
If an order is refused, or the incorrect delivery address details have been entered at the time of ordering, or there is no response to the calling cards left by the courier, the package will be returned to us at PacaPod. Please note that it is not the courier’s responsibility to attempt to contact you to get the correct delivery address.
When a carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund to the buyer. We are unable to re-send packages that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase those items, you’re welcome to place a new order on our website. To make sure all orders arrive safely, we cannot allow you to change your shipping address once you have placed an order.
When will I receive my preorder?
We include an estimated delivery date for all preorders underneath the order button on the item page. Very occasionally things happen outside of our control that can delay the arrival of our new stock, but as soon as we are informed of this we will contact you by email.
We cannot ship part orders - if you make an order where some of the items are available for immediate dispatch, we will have to wait for the preorder items to arrive before we can send your package.
Weather
In the event of severe weather conditions, this might disrupt delivery and your package might take longer than promised to reach you. If this happens please be patient and allow 7 working days before contacting us. During severe weather conditions we cannot guarantee next day delivery.
