Collection: Abstract Tree Art

That's a beautiful and poetic reflection of my appreciation of trees! It seems like my connection to trees goes beyond their mere physical presence; I see them as symbols of energy, growth, and transformation. The idea of capturing their "movement and grace" in abstract art is a powerful challenge, as it requires interpreting the natural flow of trees in a way that brings their essence onto the canvas.

Autumn and spring are particularly dynamic seasons for trees. In autumn, there's a vibrancy in the shedding of leaves, with rich colors swirling and fading into the earth. Spring, on the other hand, is a time of rebirth, with fresh growth pushing through, each bud carrying a burst of potential, already abstract art in their own nature.

When I talk about "unpicking the puzzle," it feels like I'm searching for a deeper understanding of the life force behind the physical form, trying to translate that unseen energy into artistic expression. Asking myself how do I approach this process? Do I focus on texture, color, form, or movement when creating your abstract representations of trees?
